To add funds to your PreLoad PLUS account in several ways.

You can link an external bank account you own to your PreLoad PLUS Account in the Load Funds section of the PreLoad PLUS app or by logging into your account online. Under Load Funds, go select Instant Bank Transfer as your funding option and you will then be prompted to enter your other bank’s login credentials. Your external bank account will be instantly linked to your PreLoad PLUS Account.

Once the external account is linked, you can make transfers from the external account to your PreLoad PLUS Account up to your available limit and funds will be available immediately.

We support transfers from most banks in the U.S. today. If your bank is not supported for Instant Transfer, you can link the bank account with your  external bank account number and routing number, however these funds transfers will take 5 business days to clear and be added to your PreLoad PLUS account balance.

Push Funds from an External Account:

  • Most banks will allow you to make transfers to PreLoad PLUS from their website. If you have an external bank that offers this service, just log in to their website and add PreLoad PLUS by providing your PreLoad PLUS routing number and account number you can find in the account details in your admin login.

Credit/Debit Card Loading

  • You can fund your Lowe’s PreLoad account using your Credit/Debit card. Please note that a convenience fee may apply when using this option. To load funds with a debit or credit card (Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover® and AMEX®):
    1. Login to your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS account.
    2. Select COMPANY VAULT from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
    3. Select Deposit Funds.
    4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
    5. Select Credit or Debit Card as your Deposit Method.
    6. Select Continue.
    7. Enter the requested card information into the appropriate fields and select the address that matches the billing address associated with your Credit or Debit Card.
    8. Select Continue.
    9. Review the funding details and fee disclosure then select Add Funds.
  • The funds will be transferred to your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS Company Vault. You have the option at this stage to move these funds to your card or to a Team Member’s card.
  • PRO TIP: Your Credit/Debit billing address will need to match what you entered during the Lowe’s PreLoad sign-up process.
