How do I find my Card Balance and view my Transaction History?

You can view your card balance online at my.preloadplus.com or by downloading the free PreloadPLUS app on your iOS or Android device. Once registered online, your balance will immediately be presented in your dashboard.

Your transaction history can be seen by selecting the “View All Transactions” link on your main dashboard screen. From here, you can see a summary of purchases by date. For more detailed information about any transaction, tap on that transaction. You will be able to see the cost, date, and status of a specific transaction. If you have provided expense details, you will be able to see the categorization, description, and a photograph of the receipt for that transaction.

What this means for you: When you open a card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
