Funding my Account with Credit or Debit Cards


You can fund your Lowe’s PreLoad account using your Credit/Debit card. Please note that a convenience fee may apply when using this option.

To load funds with a debit or credit card (Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover® and AMEX®):

  1. Login to your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS account.
  2. Select COMPANY VAULT from the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Select Deposit Funds.
  4. Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
  5. Select Credit or Debit Card as your Deposit Method.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Enter the requested card information into the appropriate fields and select the address that matches the billing address associated with your Credit or Debit Card.
  8. Select Continue.
  9. Review the funding details and fee disclosure then select Add Funds.

The funds will be transferred to your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS Company Vault. You have the option at this stage to move these funds to your card or to a Team Member’s card.

PRO TIP: Your Credit/Debit billing address will need to match what you entered during the Lowe’s PreLoad sign-up process.
