Purchase Returns with your Lowe’s PreLoad card

If you are returning an item purchased with your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS card, the
refund-amount will be reflected back onto your Lowe’s PreLoad PLUS card within 48 to 72 hours

Refunds at Lowe’s

All refunds will be subject to the discretion of Lowe’s.

If you used your barcode to make the purchase, the refund-amount will be credited back onto your Lowe’s PreLoad card. (which is connected to your barcode card)

Your next 5% rebate will also be adjusted to subtract the refund from the total purchase amount used to calculate the rebate.  (See 5% rebate FAQ)
